Outlook Web Access

Hi all,
I am using Outlook Web access for retreiving my E Mails
of my office. I receive an attachment daily (pdf format)
which I can open while at office. I am unable to even
view the attachment using the web access. We are using
Exchange 2000 at work. Can you please help. Urgent please.

have you tried downloading it before viewing it? just
right click and chose download target file.

I cannot even see the attachment. But I can see the mail
contains an attachment.
