Outlook web access

I am trying to access an email account using Outlook web access. When we
changed computers we lost the ability to connect.

In the past we went to the log in page entered the user id and password hit
enter and we went to a page that allowed us to select outlook and a few
other company utilities. Now when we enter the password it goes back to the
log in screen.

We talked to the companies IT dept. and they say everything is correct with
the account. I tried changing the security settings on the computer but it
didn't help.

The old computer was a HP 503n, I can't remember the specs but it was
running XP home edition service pack 1. The new computer is a Compaq
Presario sr1120nx with the same operating system. If you need more
information please ask.
Thanks for you help,

The old computer was running Office 2000, the new one has Office 2003 (60
day trial).

what are you using to log in? [email protected] and the password or
domain\user and password?

Which version of IE is on the new computer?

I am using IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633

The password is a 9 digit number and the user id is an eight digit number.

I may be asking this in the wrong place, I left out a step. After you log in
to their system you log in to OWA using a first initial last name user ID
and a "word" password.
Thank you for the reply,
