Outlook web toolbar stopped working (scrolling txt etc.)when I installed XP
SP 2. Word is my editor. I have uninstalled and reinstalled office 2003
......to no avail..I like to send e-mails that have special effects such as
the scrolling txt and music midi files that play automatically when an e-mail
is opened. I get an error message that the applications cannot be found..what
