Outlook Webmail mysterious ?

About one month ago the emails that I send from the OWA client started
to prepend a "?" with a new line. i.e

?
test email

I have ran Adaware, Spybot and Hijack this with no joy on resolving
this anomoly. I know it sounds like a possible virus but I am and have
been running Mcafee with updates scheduled nightly. Anyone have any
ideas,

What is the best way to reinstall IE 6 sp2 on XP sp2?
