We're on ExchangeServer 2000 with various Operating
systems attached from Win98 through XP Pro. One user
(Spencd) was unable to close Outlook - it would appear on
task bar, but will not close, and would NOT reopen or
maximize from task bar. You could only start another
instance of Outlook - 2 would then be opened, both
appearing on task bar.
Other "UserNames" WILL function correctly on this machine
(Outlook opens and closes as it should). "Spencd" WILL
NOT fuction right on other machines. It locks up
regardless of machine or operating stsyem.
Could there be a particular item (messsage, contact, etc)
locking this up or would it be the user acct itsself.
Short of deleting "Spencd" and adding her back with a new
user name, I think we've exhausted our options. Any ideas?
