Outlook will not open and PC Freezes Up

Hi -

I have a client that is having problems w/ her outlook. Here is wha
is happening and what she has tried.

The Problem:

When she clicks on the Outlook Icon, the Outlook graphic pops up on he
screen and says Outlook, but the program itself never actually open
and it freezes her computer and you have to Control / Alt / Delete ou
by closing Outlook.

What she has tried:

She uninstalled MS Office and then tried to do a new install and th
problem is still there. She also tried a detect and repair.

Any help that anyone can offer is greatly appreciated.
