Outlook Version 10.0.3416.0
Recently had my PC reformatted (new HD) with a clean
install of XP Pro.
Trying to open Outlook results in the following:
Connection to Microsoft Exchange Server
Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable.
Retry – Work Offline – Cancel
Selecting Retry: same results.
Selecting Work Offline results in the following:
Microsoft Outlook
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to display the
selected folder or item. Your profile is not
configured.
What do I need to do to get Outlook to work?
