What version of Outlook are you using? If you're using either Outlook 98 or
Outlook 2000, this page might help:

In either case, you appear to have the Exchange Server e-mail service in
your profile which you appear not to need. Once we know which version of
Outlook you have, wc can direct you how and where to remove it.
