Outlook will not read certificates from CAC card

I am working on pc with Win2k, outlook 2003, litronic’s netsign card reader
software
When I insert my CAC card, litronic’s netsign reads my certs. Can see them
and they are valid.
Open outlook, tools\options\security tab, usually at this point the “default
setting†for the Encrypted e-mail will display “Netsign Auto Configure
Settingsâ€, clicking on Settings, it will display information like
Cryptography format S/MIME and also my certificates and algorithms
information.
When I am sending an email, I click on “Digitally sign†button, then I Type
my PIN number. This also works for another user in that office that logs in
this pc.
But does not work for a third user, Netsign will read his certs and verify
that they are valid. But when he opens Outlook, tools\options\security tab,
there is no information in this tab, usually outlook will read user’s CAC
info and fill this page.
User is able to use his CAC in two other pcs, but not in this pc. Problem is
that this pc will be this user’s permanent pc.
I can manually create a New one, but when sending an digitally signed email,
will display message that “could not find certificationsâ€
Why is Outlook able to read my Certs and not this user’s?

Thank you in advance
Ramo
