Outlook will not Send/Receive Automatically for Hotmail accounts

Bit of an oddity this. Outlook won't send/receive for my
hotmail accounts.
I have two accounts - (e-mail address removed) and
(e-mail address removed)

The latter being for a forum that I frequent - I didn't
want the mail cluttering my primary account.
Aaaanyway. I have Outlook set to send/receive, and that
send/receive group is scheduled for a check every minute,
and I have a number of folders selected.

And once a minute aswell, in the bottom right hand corner
of the task bar, it says Send and Receive Complete ...
But that just appears instantly. If I manually do
Send/Receive, it says its doing a send/receive and has a %
progress after that that jumps up fairly fast, and then
I'll receive new mails.

So. To reiterate, outlook won't automatically send/receive
for my hotmail accounts ...

Any thoughts ?
