Outlook will not send some PDF Files

I am trying to send some moderate sized PDF files modified by Acrobat 7
professional. The files sit in the outbox and stay in sending forever.

When I screen capture each page, convert the capture to Acrobat, and merge
the pages with Acrobat 7, they are sent without a hitch.

This looks like an Outlook problem since Adobe reader 9 has no problem
reading the modified files.

Since the files contain confidential data, I'd need to create an example
without that data. If anyone would like to help me, I'd gladly do this.
Thanks
Leon

The most common cause of this is having an antivirus scanner integrate
into Outlook and scanning messages. Uninstall your AV program an
reinstall it without the mail scanning feature

We are supposed to know how big is "moderate sized"? How large are the
problematic e-mails that get stuck in the Outbox folder?
