Outlook will not startup after sitting. Starts OK after reboot.

Outlook is 2007 edition. Problem began after exporting a data file with
program running. Suspect some type of data file path issue. Once it locks
up, program will not start until I reboot the system. It then seems to work
OK until it sits idle. Problem then reappears. Program has worked perfectly
since computer was new until now.

This almost reads like a telegram. You know this newsgroup doesn't have a
limitation in the amount of letters and words you can use to describe your
issue, right? This is way too little information to offer some specific
troubleshooting steps. Generic ones apply though and you can try them all.
