Here is a situation I have that I have not seen before:
The user is on NT workstation using Outlook 2000. The
issue:
When sending an outgoing email, Outlook will sporadically
open a new blank message, with the same title as the
email just sent, and puts that blank message on the task
bar.
The pseron was replying to a message that she had sent
out to 3 people. She decided not to reply to this message
and closed it. She then noticed that another email named
the same was on her toolbar. She right clicked and
maximized it. It was a blank message. She minimized it
and left in on my tool bar. Another person that recieved
the original email, replied to her. She hit reply to send
her a message and then hit send. The message would not
send. She noticed that the blank message that was left
on the tool bar was gone, and this messgage had replaced
it. She hit Send several times, but finally to save it
and send it from her saved items.
Word is not set as her email editor......any suggestions?
