Outlook window switches automatically

Whenever auto send/recieve is activated the Outlook window switches
automatically.
Even if I am active in Explorer.
How can I make it stop?

Hard to say without any details.
Usually this happens because an addin is trying to do something and force to
be on the foreground. As it happens during a send/receive progress, my first
suspect would be that you are using a virus scanner that integrates with
Outlook and is to blame here. But without any details that would be pure
speculation.
