Outlook with Analog X proxy Server and Norton Antivirus

I am using Analog X Proxy Server to connect to the
internet but when I try to pull in emails using Outlook or
Outlook Express with Norton Antivirus protection running
it gives me an error. Is there a setup issue or something
else I need to do.
