Outlook with database

Hello Group.

I want to make a system like outlook contacts
When I type a name in TO fields like "john", the addin looks first in Access
database and later in outlook contacts.

This is possible ?

You would need to use an address book provider that can connect to a
database. TabTag would be one solution. See
