Outlook with multiple users

New Outlook user. Trying to set up with multiple users
and having each users emails private and secure. Cannot
find how to set this up. Need step by step set up of this
if it can be done.

Please indicate the version of outlook you are using. Will these users be
logging into the computer using their own credentials or Do they all share
one user account?
