Outlook with Word

When I am in Word (or Excel for that matter)and have typed
a document that I want to e-mail directly from Word to
someone as an attachment, I cannot just click the "send"
button. I have to hit "alt" "s".

I used to be able to click the "send", but some change has
been made.

Can someone tell me how to fix this so I only have to
hit "send".
