Outlook Wizards

R

Ron Niland

I've created a series of Wizards in Outlook to sort my
incoming messages and place them into sub-folders within
my Inbox.

The Wizards are referencing team lists within my Corporate
Directory, and I happen to work with multiple teams. I
have created about 5 sub-folders, one for each of the
different teams that I work with.

Unfortunately, I am getting duplicates of many of my
messages given I typically send messages using the team
lists. What can one do to eliminate the duplications that
might occur in this situation?

Add the action "and stop processing rules" to each rule. This prevents
duplication when 2 or more rules apply to one message
