Outlook won't accept my login/password information.

I keep getting this message below after talking with internet support on
set-up. They tried using my information and had no problems opening up my
mail.

Task 'Swayzene Douglas - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your
e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your
account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server
responded: -ERR invalid user/password'

Help!!!
