Outlook won't allow me to open links sent to me via emails, help.

How can I open links sent to me via email when outlook does not allow me to.
Can someone please suggest where to go for help on this issue or help me.

The restrictions error?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
