Okay then - a client uses Outlook 2000 and downloads emails from our
Microsoft Exchange Server, or tries to, but although there are emails there,
she has been unable to get any new messages for about 2 months. I added her
profile to Outlook on the Server machine, and her emails appear, so I thought
I would try exporting her PST on the Exchange PC and then import it on her PC
- great idea, I thought, but part way through the export I get the message
"Some Items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted or access
was denied".
Any ideas why she could not get her messages, and why I couldnt export? (oh
- yes her account is set up okay on her PC)
