Outlook Wont Forward

I want to forward and reply to emails, but only certain
ones will work. None in particular, just some do and
some dont. I did a virus scan, updated office, and
repaired the installation, what is the cause, and more
importantly, how do i fix it? I have a feeling that it
is a security problem, but unsure of how to reconfigure
it. I got an AthlonXp with windows xp Pro (with all
updates). This problem just started and have no idea why.

What version of Outlook?

Specifically what error message(es) do you receive?

What type of account do you conect to? Microsoft Exchange? POP3 to an ISP?
Both?

We need more info.
