Outlook won't open?

Hello,

I've tried opening Microsoft Outlook several times. It
won't open in safe mode. The third time I try opening
Outlook a window pops up telling me "Outlook failed to
launch in saft mode. Would you like to start 'Detect and
Repair. I run this and nothing happens and the cycle
begins over again. I've tried this several time and
nothing happens.

What should I try now, HELP...

Try renaming outcmd.dat to .old and restart Outlook. All
the Toolbars will reset then. This is quite a common
probem with Outlook . The default location for this file
is C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\APPLICATION
DATA\Microsoft\Outlook
