I just installed Outlook 2007 over Outlook 2000. When I opened 2007 it
wouldn't let me delete/move files as it said file too large, but I was able
to delete much by using shift/delete. I then closed the Outlook and now it
will not re-open, stating that it is too large and I should delete files.
Someone has told me that you are supposed to compact the file after deleting,
but the popup did not tell me that. I can't delete any more files, as
Outlook won't open...where/how do I delete files when it's not open, I don't
understand! I wanted to get help from Microsoft, but it denies my i.d.
number that is on the brand new Office that I bought and received from Amazon
today. Will appreciate any help.
