I just upgraded from MS Office XP SBE to MS Office 2003 Pro. Trouble with Outlook is that it starts once, but once closed, the program will not respond anymore. It can be restarted by re-booting computer, and opens in Safe Mode; everything seems to work OK (e-mails come in), but once the program is closed, it will not respond to re-opening. Very aggravating problem; hope someone can help with a setting or option somewhere.
