Outlook won't run... won't allow me to remove and reinstall accoun

I just installed Enterprise 2007. The Outlook picked up email accounts that
were previously listed on my Outlook 2003. BUT it won't let me take them off
or make any changes to them. Tells me that I need to retry or reinstall...
that those folders can't be accessed. I have taken Outlook off, reinstalled
it (twice)... taken all of Enterprise 2007 off and reinstalled it (twice)...
any ideas?

Actually... it won't run anything... tells me the parameters are not
right...it doesn't work at all... What can I do?

Didn't make a new profile but did try office diagnostics... didn't help... I
will look at doing a new profile.
