Your outgoing server authentication. Read the instrustions that your ISP
sent you.

When I send on my other computer that has Vista,a password box comes up, but
this one is XP and doesn't. How do I send the authentication?

Enable outgoing authentication on the Outgoing Server tab of your account
properties dialogue.
