Outlook (Office Small Business 2003) failed to start--the message was that
BCM encountered problems and would have to close. I uninstalled BCM and
Outlook WOULD start, although a) my address book was only in the back version
and b) I could no longer send or receive e-mail through Outlook. I then
re-installed BCM and immediately the same problem occurred where Outlook
would not start.
This stuff gets annoying, ya know? Thanks for your help.
