I am running Office XP on a Windows Me machine. Both Office and Me have
been kept current using Update. With no recent updates, Outlook has
stooped working with the message "Can't start Outlook". Tried
Detect/Repair, then tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but
no success. Later found that when Explorer is asked to search for files,
I get the message "Explorer has caused an error in Kernel and will be
closed". Have I got a poblem with Me or Outlook? What can I do. At
least Express is working.
