Outlook wont synchronise on exit

Hi all,

The laptop I am currently using runs outlook 2000 connected to exchange
2000. The problem I have is that outlook wont synchronise on exit, even
though I have enabled offline folders and told it to synchronise all
messages and address books. Also, a manual synchronise only works 25% of the
time. It will look like it is synchronising, but when I get home and launch
Outlook all the messages I see are ancient.

I have tried reinstalling outlook, and even formatting the disk and
reinstalling the OS but still I cannot successfully synchronise.

Does anyone have any suggestions I can try?
