I have someone who is using Outlook 2003, and it says it is working offline
and will not receive messages, even though the user is completely logged onto
the network and can browse the network, has valid IP, and can access network
resources.
I can go file-->work offline which unchecks it, but sometimes that doesn't
work. I am not using cached Exchange mode. Any ideas?
