I have tried to use my outlook rather than Outlook Express for my main email. I cannot get message to send all the time. They send occasionally but more often they never go out. I have tried a fix that was posted but it still didn't work. I called Cox and they said it was a Microsoft issue. Something in the set up. I have the incoming mail set to Pop.west.cox.net and the outgoing to smtp.west.cox.net as they said to do but I still cannot get messages to send. It doesn't even work when I reply. They just sit in the outbox.
