i have Outlook 2002 SP3 and it works sometimes and not others. i get
"undeliverable" mail when i send anything outside my network. at the same
time, i do not receive any incoming mail. 10 minutes later, i don't have any
problems at all. more often than not, my outlook does NOT work. any
suggestions?
