Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No".

Is there a way to circurmnaviate this propmt or supress it as we run batch
jobs in the middle of the night of 10-20 and it will be impractical to have
someone saying yes everytime the message appears?

Appreciate the help.

I would look after how the so-called Redemption VBA module works.
Unfortunately I do not have any experience with this topic, but you could
maybe have a look at the page of Outlook MVP Dmitry Streblechenko, where he
gives detailed explanation. The link is

Take a look at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/263297/EN-US/

What it comes down is this :
You publish a form (which you can download from the link above) in the
public folders. This form allows you to change the security settings for all
or a group of users.

Then you create a registry key for each of the users you want that use these
modified security settings.

tom
