RIGHTGOUS probably used the method outlined here
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm and
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/312354 to recreate the profile. Another
possibility relating to this error is
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/securetemp.htm
