My Trial Edition of Office 2003 recently expired and I
decided to stick with my old Office XP edition and
reinstalled that. But now I am unable to send/recieve.
What should I do?

No idea - why can't you send/receive? Any error messages? Have you used
the Test Account Settings button? What error message do you get if you try
the Test Account Settings button?

Yes I can do the test just fine but when i hit the
send/recieve it just says 'the operation failed'. I was
thinking maybe the 2003 edition wasn't fully uninstalled
but I tried reinstalling it and uninstalling it as well
as deleting the folders that wasn't included in uninstall
