Outlook XP and proxy server

How do you configure Outlook XP to use a proxy? I can't
say use LAN, cos its a wireless network, and it doesn't
work if I say use LAN. Everything else works, IE, Mozilla
etc cos you can configure the proxy. Any ideas?
