Hi There,
This past week Outlook XP began crashing whenever I tried to save a
new contact. This is something I do quite frequently with no trouble,
but all of a sudden...
The error message is just: "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I have windows Updates on my XP Pro box set to download automatically,
and I believe I have installed 2 hot fixes in the last week or so.
Perhaps that has something to do with it. Otherwise no other changes
or installs outside of Norton AV definitions have taken place on this
box.
Has anybody else run into this and if so, do you know how to fix it?
