Outlook XP does not send/receive email in Windows XP environment

I have recently upgraded the clients from Win 98 SE to
Windows XP Prof. Since then, the client could not
send/receive emails until they refresh the outlook
program. Please help !!

This is a symptom of UDP packets not reaching your PC. See

Resolved the issue by myself. It is simple.

"Disable the Windows XP Firewall"
