Outlook XP Flags

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to set-up flags on messages in the outlook. The flags don’t seem
to be working after the set times have expired. This is happening on Office
XP. I have tried the same on Office 2003 and it works on the the inbox items
but does not function on the sent items. Are the flags supposed to be working
on the sent items as well?

Nope, if you want flag reminders to work throughout your entire mailbox
you'll need an add-in
