Outlook has always started with all of the navigation windows (Contacts,
Calendar, etc.) which were open when I exited, open upon starting. It has
suddenly stopped doing this. Also, I can't get back to my Inbox view with a
preview pane on the bottom for just the message selected. This change
happened at the same time.
