We use Windows XP Pro SP1, Office XP SP3. Outlook XP:
when one of our users forwards an HTML Mails using Word
as email editor, Word freezes. Error message: "you must
open this form with Word as E-Mail editor, but Word is
currently in use or is not found. The form will be opened
with the Outlook editor". You can only terminate the
Process "winword.exe" with the task manager.
The System is newly installed, no Server-Stored Profiles
are used.
