I'm trying to get Outlook working for a user who is not in the Machine
(Windows 2000) Administrator group. When he is not in that group, Outlook
won't start ("Outlook Cannot Start").
I've tried the power users group, but it doesn't work either. If I could
just set rights enough to run Outlook I'd be happy - keeping everything else
locked down.
