I just reinstalled Outlook XP after using Outlook 2003
Beta for many months. I have all of my folders and the
accounts look good and pass the test, but I do not
receive e-mail. If I click on Outlook Express, it works
both ways. Outlook XP will only send traffic. If I hit
the Send/Receive icon on the toolbar, I get an error
message that states "The operation failed".
