Outlook XP on a dual-boot computer (Win98SE/Win2K)?

I'm setting up my laptop to be dual boot for Win98SE and Win2000. Both OS's
will have Office XP installed (separate installs on respective partitions,
of course).

If I place my PST file on a FAT32 data partition, can I access my email from
either operating systems? If so, any warnings or cautions I should heed???
