Outlook XP Out Office Not Available

When I click on the Out of Office assitant it says "This command is not
available. See program documentation for assistance with how to use this
feature"

I used it last week, it was fine. No updates or service packs applied since.

Any ideas?

What happens if you remove and then reinstall the Exchange Extensions?
