OUtlook XP problems

Hi,

I am using Office XP and most of the times, after retrieving mails with my
Outlook XP, I have to go to task manager and stop the outlook.exe even
though I have exited Outlook. It seems even after Outlook is shut down,
outlook.exe keeps running. Is there any KB or patch I can apply to stop this
behavior.

I also have another really nagging problem, I installed Incredimail outlook
program but later un-installed it, how ever everytime I start outlook, it
tells me that it can't find Incredimaill related DLL even though I have
cleaned the registry of all the Incredimail stuff as well as reinstalled
whole Office suite.

TIA.

Many thanks, lately I have noticed that using Free Mem Pro, this phenomenon
has stopped or occurring less frequently.

Many thanks, so it seems than even MS cant solve this pesky problem, I have
no third party programs attached to my Outlook but it still occupies the
memory space, in my case, especially if the mail server has been unable to
retrieve or send mails due to some reasons.
