Outlook XP...stop installer on startup

I have a situation where everytime I launch Outlook XP (2002), the
installer starts. It is trying to install an additional component,
which I believe has something to do with Korean language support, as
it happened after receiving an e-mail message from a Korean customer.

I do not need this component installed, but cannot stop Outlook from
trying to install this piece everytime I start it.

Is there a way to stop Outlook from trying to install this additional
piece everytime I open start the program?
