OUTLOOK "XP" SUDDENLY VERY SLOW

Hi Community,

A few days ago, Outlook slow down dramatically. It takes
now 5 to 6 seconds to switch the preview display from one
mail to another or to move from onr folder to anther.

What happened ? I don't know ! The only change I made was
to introduce some new rules for mail-in and create some
new folders . I re-installed Office XP: no change ! I re-
installed : Window XP and Office XP .No change !

The only thing I can add is that I am spammed everyday by
fake microsoft mails. But, as I process headers only,
these mails are deleted immediately !

Is this the reason ? I don't know. If someone can help I
will be grateful .

Try disabling the Messenger integration. Tools-> Options-> tab Other
